I love teaching yoga and teaching about our connection to all of our physical and mental bodies. As a teacher, I am passionate about teaching people of all ages and body types how to embrace their bodies and love them unconditionally. I love to give yoga a voice and teach students how to connect to their bodies. I teach a variety of classes and workshops and love the opportunity to share with people their own unique experience in body and mind. I am thrilled with the opportunity to share my love of yoga with the world. I am a trained and certified acupuncturist and I also know how important it is to make healthy space for our students to feel comfortable in their own skin.

Yoga for women Fitness :

fitness classes at the school. It's a program that is primarily done with yoga, but I know others who do it as well.

I like to get away from any routine or physical activity because when you go on an exercise course (like Yoga for Women) its usually based around one of those types: running, cycling etc. If my goal was to keep fit too! Thats where this series comes in handy especially if your not into cardio training right now…

Yoga for wellness, or yoga will bring up the awareness of a healthy relationship with nature as well. It also helps people connect to and feel in tune more with their bodies and minds

Prayer is not just about physical poses but it's part philosophy too (by Dr. Steven M. Furlong) I think they can work wonders on mental health because we all have thoughts/feelings that cause us pain. We are born flawed humans making mistakes through good choices along path towards greater self control which then lead into becoming who you want yourself! Praying gives hope, help makes life easier while giving me confidence

Yoga for happiness.: They say that because of their yogic practice they suffer from headaches, insomnia and irritability. The yoga teachers advise to watch this video which tells about benefits and health related factors (Khande et al., 2010). In fact, these effects may be due mostly on the meditative aspects of Indian culture.

It is important not only in order learn how one can enjoy peace without being unhappy or experiencing any negative emotions while learning Yoga but also with good results too! Once you understand why some people experience serious discomfort during meditation such as anxiety, depression etc we will further investigate it more thoroughly later under our 'Namaste!' section next month.

Yoga protect you by the diseases of your body and mind.

One day when I was busy with my yoga practice, another teacher asked me to take his class so we could talk about it together. He reminded us that there were only a few hundred students in our school at the time and he didn't think anyone would want him to teach them Yoga unless they had an understanding of its basic principles. Not surprisingly, most people just ignored him but one boy became interested because somebody introduced him (I forget who) as someone called "The Demon". This led to more questions from other boys saying how much better their lives looked after doing something easy like sitting still on a mat for 2
